Apprentice Application

After submitting your application you will be forwarded to a page confirming your submission. You will receive a brief email confirmation message from us within days to acknowledge that your information has been received. The full cost of the apprenticeship, including prepared community meals during the PDC, is $1000 for on-site apprentices or $850 for local residents.

Please do not send any payment until we have personally contacted you and confirmed your placement in our program.

goods or persons.

courses, for safe conduct in class and kitchen
settings, and for safe interactions with my fellow
students and instructors."
